At VapeandChews, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Returns & Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, edibles, vape cartridges, and opened consumables cannot be returned.

  • Faulty or damaged products may be eligible for exchange or refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Perishable goods (including edibles, gummies, or infused products).

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at support@vapeandchews.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  4. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
